The city life can be so jaded some times. The personal and professional routines take a heavy toll on the mind and might make life, one long monotonous affair. “We are what we repeatedly do,” Aristotle once said. Even though we can’t escape our duties and commitments, whatever it might be, the best way to relax the body and mind is to get out and spend a few days in a tranquil and serene environment. Think of it as a way to recharge your inner battery or rejuvenate your energy and drive, however clichéd it may sound.
